Here is the raw data for an experiment examining how multiple trophic levels, from microbes to fish, use plastic pollution as habitat structure in a freshwater lake. This experiment took place at the International Institute for Sustainable Developments Experimental Lakes Area in 2024. This dataverse includes all raw data collected in the experiment, ranging from water quality measurements to biofilm biomass and fish behaviour data.
