Raw spectral and experimental data: Correction and Calibration Protocol for Isotope Data via CRDS A Study Case for N2O and Other Isotope Systems

This dataset contains experimental and raw spectral data associated with the study "Correction and Calibration Protocol for Isotope Data via CRDS: A Study Case for N2O and Other Isotope Systems" published in Atmospheric Measurement Techniques (https://doi.org/10.5194/egusphere-2025-4954). Data were collected using three Picarro G5131-i cavity ring-down spectrometers for N2O isotopic analysis, alongside a Picarro G2401 analyser for CO, CO2, CH4, and H2O concentration measurements. The experimental period spanned from August 2023 to May 2025. The dataset supports full reproducibility of the results and figures presented in the manuscript. Data storage structure: There are three Picarro analyzers: · N2O-Empa (G51131) N2O gas concentration and isotopic analyzer · N2O-Thünen (G51131) N2O gas concentration and isotopic analyzer · CH4-Picarro (G2401) CH4, CO2, CO, H2O gas concentration analyzer The data storage structure is as follows: The Experimental data folder is the main folder, containing subfolders named after the specific experiments conducted, such as N2O non-linearity or CH4 spectral interference. Inside these experiment-specific folders, subfolders are organised by the date the experiment was conducted. Each date-specific folder contains three subfolders: Empa, Thunen, and KIT, corresponding to the three analysers. Within these analyser-specific subfolders, the measured data and spectral information for each experiment are provided.
