Replication Code for: \"Embedded inequality: Personal network dynamics and mental health during COVID-19\"

This dataset contains the replication code for our research paper entitled \"Embedded inequality: Personal network dynamics and mental health during COVID-19\". It contains two coding files, two data files, and a codebook. (1) the Rmd file entitled \"Data cleaning\" is the R markdown file used for data cleaning-- Researchers can input the original data files attached below, and run the program to obtain the manipulated dataset ready for analysis. (2) the Rmd file entitled \"Cluster Algorithm\" is the R markdown file using random forest and clustering methods to develop social network typology. It records the step-by-step process of training the algorithm and applies it for predictions that can be used by later network scholars as a reference. (3) Two datasets are data files in R format containing the original dataset of CovNetps Wave 1-2. These are used as input for the \"Data cleaning\" file, which can also be found in the CovNetps Dataverse. (4) The codebook contains information for the CovNetps-Wuhan Wave 2 questionnaire. For details, please refer to other datasets in this CovNetps dataverse.
