Chemotherapy-induced ovarian damage and infertility are significant concerns for women of childbearing age with cancer, but the underlying mechanisms are still not fully understood. Our study revealed a close association between the loss of H3K27me3 and cyclophosphamide (CTX)-induced ovarian damage. To determine whether the apoptosis of CTX-treated granulosa cells(GCs) was possibly related to alternations in gene expression and signaling pathways, we performed RNA-seq analyses of GCs from the CTX-treated and the control groups using PBS (phosphate buffered saline) at 6 h after CTX or PBS treatment.
