Altered Fecal Mycobiota in Acute Pancreatitis Patients

The gut is implicated in the pathogenesis of acute pancreatitis (AP). More attention is being paid to the role of intestinal microflora in the development of acute pancreatitis. However, there is no report on the intestinal mycobiota in patients with acute pancreatitis.To explore the correlation between fungal microbiota and acute pancreatitis.
