Data for: Leaf area index estimation of a row-planted eggplant canopy using wide-angle time-lapse photography divided according to view-zenith-angle contours

- eggplant images with manually-annotated labels used to train and test the DeepLabv3+ semantic segmentation model
- time-series eggplant photographs captured using six different time-lapse digital cameras, with labels corresponding to foreground obstacles
