Dataset for determining the quality of electricity from device "Yakist-E1"

This dataset contains a data, which measured by device for determining the quality of electricity “Yakist-E1”. This measurement continued by a week and contains date and time of measurement (format “dd.mm.yyyy (h)h:mm:ss” ), device status, device uptime, a few measurement values for determining the quality of electricity (namely, voltage in Volts and frequency in Hertz ), calculated as its shortly described in conference paper “Smart Home Subsystem for Calculating the Quality of Public Utilities” (pp. 168–173) instant quality partial coefficients with generalized instant quality coefficient of measurement values, partial averaged-time coefficients with averaged-time generalized coefficient of measurement values . It’s full new dataset and analyzing it proves the results, that described in paper “Monitoring the quality of 220 V electrical network by using “Yakist-E1” device” (Ukrainian language). Dataset consist of 7 XML files named as data creation (format “dd_mm_yyyy”) with structure that can be converted on OOXML-like format for further computations.
