To explore the effects of moderate intensity exercise on protein of lactylation in mouse muscle tissue metabolism. The healthy adult mice running for 6 weeks as exercise model and sedentary mice as control were used to perform transcriptomic, proteomic, lactylation-proteomics, and metabolomics analysis. In addition, correlation analysis between transcriptome and proteome, and proteome and metabolome was conducted as well. To explore the effects of moderate intensity exercise on protein of lactylation in mouse muscle tissue metabolism. The 3 healthy adult mice running for 6 weeks as exercise model and 3 sedentary mice as control were used to perform transcriptomic, proteomic, lactylation-proteomics, and metabolomics analysis.
本研究旨在探讨中等强度运动对小鼠肌肉组织代谢中蛋白质乳酸化修饰的影响。实验选取每组各3只健康成年小鼠,以接受6周跑运动的小鼠作为运动模型组,久坐小鼠作为对照组,开展转录组学(transcriptomics)、蛋白质组学(proteomics)、乳酸化蛋白质组学(lactylation-proteomics)及代谢组学(metabolomics)分析。此外,本研究还开展了转录组与蛋白质组、蛋白质组与代谢组之间的关联分析。
