rDNA Array Length is a Major Determinant of Replicative Lifespan in Budding Yeast - ATACseq

In this study we perform ATAC-seq of budding yeast strains with variable copy number of the rRNA genes (rDNA CN). We aim to better understand the relationship between DNA accessibility and replicative lifespan in strains with variable rDNA CN.本研究针对核糖体DNA拷贝数（rDNA CN）存在差异的酿酒酵母菌株开展转座酶可及性测序（ATAC-seq）实验，旨在深入解析不同rDNA CN菌株中DNA可及性与复制寿命之间的关联。
