This survey dataset on Generation Z in Indonesia, analyzing the impact of financial skills, digital financial literacy, financial autonomy, and impulsivity on financial decision-making and well-being. A total of 953 participants, born between 1997 and 2012, completed an online questionnaire comprising 48 items aimed at evaluating personal financial management skills, attitudes towards financial instruments, degrees of financial independence, and impulsive characteristics. The dataset seeks to elucidate Generation Z's proficiency in making prudent financial decisions and attaining financial well-being in both the present and future. This dataset provides essential tools for academics in economics and finance to explore individual financial behaviors and competencies. Furthermore, the results can assist policymakers in developing plans for national financial education and can also work as references for educators and practitioners engaged in financial literacy initiatives.
