References reported on denture marking up to 1980s

A number of methods have been reported for marking personal identification on removable dentures. They are implanting a printed sheet ormetal identification strips. The marking includes the patient’s name, the United States Social Security number, British Dentists Register,international telephone code, abbreviation of clinic, prefectural code, and others. This supplemental table shows references reported ondenture marking up to 1980s. Materials, methods, and printed letters and/or digit are listed.
