On the top level the Bond_to_bond_propensity_results.zip file contains two folders which are described in detail below:<br>ASBench:1. Results of bond-to-bond propensity analysis on the protein structures (with allosteric ligands) from the ASBench database.2. Results of bond-to-bond propensity analysis on the protein structures (without allosteric ligands) from the ASBench database.<br>CASBench:1. Results of bond-to-bond propensity analysis on the protein structures (orthosteric ligands as the source) from the CASBench database.2. Results of bond-to-bond propensity analysis on the protein structures (orthosteric residues as the source) from the CASBench database.
