Effect of Neat1 knockdown on gene expression in the rat dorsal root ganglion (DRG) after spinal nerve ligation

To investigate the involvement of Neat1 in neuropathic pain, Neat1 was knocked down in DRG neurons by the injection of AAV vector encoding shRNA for Neat1.为探究Neat1在神经性疼痛中的参与作用，通过注射编码Neat1短发夹RNA（small hairpin RNA）的腺相关病毒（Adeno-associated virus, AAV）载体，在背根神经节（Dorsal Root Ganglion, DRG）神经元中敲低Neat1的表达。
