The qualification judgment rule for each product is as follows: judge each inspection item in accordance with the GB/T 2828 standard. If any single inspection item is unqualified, the product is deemed unqualified. Count the qualified and unqualified quantities of each product on a daily basis based on the inspection data. The product qualification rate is calculated as qualified count (Y) / total sampling count (A), while the product unqualified rate is unqualified count (N) / total sampling count (A). A batch is determined to be qualified only when the product qualification rate reaches 100%; otherwise, the batch is judged as unqualified.
3. Data Application: Analyze the status of each batch of raw materials based on the incoming inspection results, so as to timely process returns or exchanges of unqualified goods, and help enterprises select suitable suppliers.
