Mango anthracnose is one of the major biotic stresses known to limit the mango production worldwide. To reveal the complex mechanisms of mango anthracnose resistance, the approaches including transcriptome, small RNA and degradome sequencing were used. Total RNA of 12 samples (fruits) of Jinhuang variety (resistant genotypes) under control and stress conditions at two time points (3rd and 7th day post incolulation) were conducted transcriptome and miRNA sequencing, and three biological replicates were performed. For degradome library construction, total RNA from control and stress samples were pooled together to generate two libraries. The integrated sequencing data provide better insights into regulatory network components associated with mango anthracnose.
