This dataset contains the raw survey data supporting the findings of the study "Between Frame and Game: Dancing with Generative AI in Chinese Newsrooms" (or: Framed Co-opetition: Human–AI Collaboration in Chinese Newsrooms). The data were collected through a nationwide questionnaire survey of 303 Chinese news practitioners between February and December 2025.
