ChIP-seq data analysis of TgAP2XII-1 on the whole genome of Toxoplasma gondii tachyzoites [XII-1 ChIPseq]

Transcriptomic analyses revealed the gene expression changes after AP2XII-1 depletion. To see which of these differentially expressed genes are directly targeted by AP2XII-1, we used chromatin immunoprecipitation, followed by deep sequencing (ChIP-Seq) to assess the binding positions of AP2XII-1 in the parasite's genome.
