We obtained the EMTcircuit from Latil et al. by combining the circuits for Epcam+ Tumor EpithelialCell (TEC) and Epcam- Tumor Mesenchymal Cells (TMC) and removing thetranscription factors (TFs) AP1, Ets1, and NF1. These TFs are high in bothEpcam+ TEC as well as Epcam- TMC, therefore they probably do play the role ofdecision-making in the core circuit. We added additional regulatory links amongthe other TFs according to the literature data (Huang et. al)
