When utilizing the data, a data application entity shall obtain prior authorization from the data subject for a specific application scenario before being permitted to access the data. The authorization business transaction log is generated by data subjects (individuals or enterprises), and records the authorized data application entities, corresponding business scenarios, authorization initiation time, authorization expiration time, and other relevant details.
