Ride-hailing and taxi use frequency in the United States in 2024

Between October 2023 and September 2024, 86 percent respondents to the Statista Consumer Insights survey in the United States reported never using a taxi, while only 75 percent of respondents reported never using ride-hailing services. Overall, U.S. Americans reported using ride-hailing more than taxis, with around a fifth of respondents being occasional users of ride-sharing services.
