This repository contains model weights that were fine-tuned (using uploaded configs) from the original muscle segmentation models described in the paper "Machine learning-driven Heckmatt grading in facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy: A novel pathway for musculoskeletal ultrasound analysis" by Marzola et al.
