Screening of differentially expressed genes in regenerating planarians after DjDGCR8 knockdown.

To further explore genes affected by DjDGCR8 and to better understand its role in planarian regeneration, RNA-Seq was conducted on samples with DjDGCR8 and GFP knockdown at 4 dpa (days post amputation). All samples underwent a seven-day starvation period prior to the experiment. Subsequently, after knockdown treatment (dsRNA) and four days of regeneration, the samples were collected for transcriptome sequencing analysis. GFP dsRNA was used for the control group samples. Each group included three replicates, with seven individual planarians in each replicate.
