Overlapped 16S Illumina reads from a study of microbial community variation among stickleback guts. Small_etal_16S.fa.gz contains reads merged and cleaned using QIIME1. Small_etal_16S_Qiime2_set1.tar.gz and Small_etal_16S_Qiime2_set2.tar.gz contain reads merged, cleaned, and demultiplexed using QIIME2.
