Size-reduced subset of the gnomAD v4.1 joint (exome + genome) sites VCF, restricted to MANE transcript regions on GRCh38 and to a selected set of population frequency fields (AC/AN/AF/nhomalt per genetic ancestry group, filtering allele frequencies, joint grpmax). Prepared as a VEP custom annotation; bgzip-compressed with tabix index. Derived from the public gnomAD v4.1 joint release see https://gnomad.broadinstitute.org/terms.
