Aligned mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) sequences and ChIP-seq genotypes of Eurasian perch (Perca fluviatilis) individuals for Range-wide genomic prospective of Perca fluviatilis (review version)

This dataset contains two components: Aligned mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) sequences of 269 Perca fluviatilis individuals. Sequences were slightly trimmed and aligned for downstream population genetic analyses. ChIP-seq genotyping array data of 363 Perca fluviatilis individuals, stored in VCF format. Samples originate from multiple geographic locations across Europe. The dataset supports population genetic and genomic analyses of Eurasian perch and is linked to the corresponding publication 10.5281/zenodo.17073118
