云南省红河哈尼族彝族自治州绿春县-社会保障-绿春县2025年农村困难残疾人实用技术培训学员信息

本数据由县残联采集，县数据发展中心进行统筹整理，通过数据清洗校验加工等形成。覆盖全市9个乡镇的有劳动能力和培训意愿的农村困难持证残疾人。目前已应用于精准识别帮扶对象、优化培训课程供给、联动企业提供定向岗位推荐、落实培训补贴政策兑现等场景，为巩固拓展残疾人脱贫攻坚成果、促进农村残疾人就业增收提供数据支撑，助力实现“培训一人、就业一人、幸福一家”的民生目标。

This dataset was collected by the county Disabled Persons' Federation, comprehensively coordinated and organized by the County Data Development Center, and finalized through data cleaning, validation, processing and other relevant procedures. It covers rural impoverished certified disabled persons with working capacity and training willingness across 9 towns and townships under the city's jurisdiction. At present, it has been applied in multiple scenarios including accurate identification of assistance targets, optimization of training course supply, collaboration with enterprises to provide targeted job recommendations, and implementation and disbursement of training subsidy policies. The dataset offers data support for consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation for persons with disabilities, promoting employment and income growth of rural disabled persons, and contributes to achieving the people's livelihood goal of "Training one person, securing employment for them, and bringing happiness to their family".
