Extract the transcriptome of the non biting midge (Chironomus riparius) to enable expression studies in sediment ecotoxicology. A pool of all life cycle stages i.e. egg ropes, all four larval stages, pupae and male and female adults. Also included are larvae exposed to different concentrations of several model toxicants.
