Start-up of Anaerobic Co-digestion of Poultry Litter and Wheat Straw by Gradually Increasing Organic Loading Rate: Methane Production and Microbial Community Analysis

Anaerobic co-digestion of poultry litter and wheat straw were performed to alleviate the environmental pollution risks and also produce biogas energy. The process was started up by gradually increasing the organic loading rate. In addition to methane production performance, the microbial community changes were also analyzed and compared so as to identify the process stability.
