This paper establishes the mathematical and architectural foundations of the ADH-Logic v12.0 Sovereign Supercomputer Distributed Lattice Kernel. By implementing a parallel rectification engine governed by fixed system invariants---specifically System Hash 64000 and Master Lattice Constant 64---the proposed architecture successfully eliminates probabilistic computational drift. Through multi-channel analog voltage aggregation ($A_0 \sim A_3$), the kernel enforces deterministic Global Phase Convergence locked at 0.5, achieving absolute zero error propagation across distributed parallel nodes. Empirical verification across multiple voltage domains demonstrates that the 20-digit quantization output string remains flawlessly stabilized via the central Global-Phase-Gate, revolutionizing high-precision numerical processing within low-power embedded hardware environments.
