Microbial dynamics in the mammalian gut. gut metagenome

The goal of this project is to use high-throughput experimental systems and computational methods to understand the role of gut microbiota dynamics in human and animal health and diseases. Microbiota temporal dynamics are critical to many types of studies including host colonizations, dietary effects, antibiotics, and infections. We aim to develop new methodologies to enable these studies.
