PLATFORM OF PRESENTATION， PRODUCTS and METHODS WITH ENDOSPORES BASED IN PAENIBACILLUS

Signal sequences of utility for the targeting of proteins and peptides to the surface of endospores produced by members of the family Paenibacillus and methods for using the same. Also provided are the presentation of heterologous molecules， such as peptides， polypeptides and other recombinant constructs， on the surface of spores of members of the family Paenibacillus， using sequences of N-routing particular terminals and derivatives of the same and the like. Claim 1: One molecule of nucleic acid which codes for one of fusion protein， characterized in that comprising (to) an first sequence polynucleotide which encodes for one signal peptide of N end， connected in operative form to (b) one second sequence polynucleotide which encodes for one heterologous polypeptide for the peptide signal of N end， where in the first polynucleotide sequence comprising: (i) an polynucleotide sequence that has 50 %， 60 %， 70 %， 80 %， 90 % or 100 % of identity of sequence with the SEQ ID no: 1， 3， 5， 7， 9， 19， 23， 25， 27， or 29; or (ii) an polynucleotide sequence comprising that one fragment of 5 to 345 consecutive nucleotides of SEQ ID no 1， the 3， 5， 7， 9， 19， 23， 25， 27， or 29.
