离散制造车间生产调度分系统数据集主要面向离散制造车间的生产调度需求,研究离散制造车间生产调度方面的数据认知和决策,并形成软件系统模块,数据集由中国电子科技集团公司第38研究所提供的车间真实生产数据产生,包括①订单数据、产品型号工艺数据、车间资源数据由车间MES系统导出成excel表格后,转换成需要的数据格式;②车间日历班制数据由车间调度人员手工填写提供,并转换成需要的数据格式;③排产调度目标模型、排产调度约束模型、排产调度知识库、排产调度算法模型数据为车间生产调研后总结生成,再转换为需要的数据格式;④排产调度结果数据由算法计算后生成。数据量约为29MB。
The Discrete Manufacturing Workshop Production Scheduling Subsystem Dataset is developed to address the production scheduling demands of discrete manufacturing workshops, focusing on data cognition and decision-making for workshop production scheduling, and is intended to be integrated as a software system module. The dataset is generated from real workshop production data supplied by the No. 38 Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC), and consists of four categories of data: 1. Order data, product model process data, and workshop resource data, which are exported from the workshop Manufacturing Execution System (MES) into Excel tables and then converted to the required data format; 2. Workshop calendar and shift schedule data, which are manually filled out by workshop scheduling personnel and converted to the required data format; 3. Production scheduling objective model, production scheduling constraint model, production scheduling knowledge base, and production scheduling algorithm model data, which are summarized and generated following on-site workshop production surveys and then converted to the required data format; 4. Production scheduling result data, which are generated via algorithmic computation. The total data volume of the dataset is approximately 29 MB.
