The RIDER Lung CT Dataset is a tumor variability dataset developed for assessing CT scan images of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients, which comprises a total of 15,419 images. The dataset contains clinical information from 32 patients with NSCLC, each of whom underwent two thoracic CT scans using an identical imaging protocol within a 15-minute window. Radiologists independently measured the maximum diameter of each tumor in the acquired images, and computer software was employed to aid in the measurement process. The consistency of these measurements was evaluated using the Intraclass Correlation Coefficient and Bland-Altman plots.
