ESET utilizes time-variant battery models along with techno-economic analysis capabilities for batteries and other ESS to provide users with techno-economic analysis of aggregated EV charging. Users will be able to understand the economic and operational impacts of aggregated EV charging. To conduct analysis using ESET, users will input their own data or select from prepopulated options on utility tariff structure, local load profile shape, region and closest weather station, EV charging profile/EV fleet information, potential grid services to participate, and other DERs paired with EV charging. https://eset.pnnl.gov/
