The dataset contains the 16S sequencing data from in vivo and in vitro microbiome samples of the human gut exposed to mabisi, a traditional fermented drink from Zambia. The dataset is composed of sequence data (Result_X201SC21101747-Z01-F047_16Sv34.zip) and short chain fatty acid measurements. Subsets of this dataset for analysis are available on gitlab.wur.
