Endophytic bacteria in ginseng roots from BIO and CK groups
收藏资源简介:
The endophytic microbiome serves a crucial function as a secondary line of defense against pathogen invasion in plants. To clarify the mechanism of action of ginseng PGPR B. vallismortis SZ-4 synergizing with endophytic microorganisms in the prevention and control of root rot, samples of ginseng roots from the susceptible group (CK) with a disease level of 0-2 and the bioprophylactic group (BIO) treated with strain SZ-4 were collected in this study. We employed high-throughput sequencing technology to examine the microbial community structure of ginseng roots across different disease levels, explore beneficial endophytic bacteria, and evaluate the efficacy of strain SZ-4 in mitigating root rot disease through synergistic interactions with the ginseng endophytic flora.
