This is a bathymetric dataset for --Full-ocean-depth EM124 mapping of the Challenger Deep by R/V Hakuho-maru and a systematic evaluation of depth uncertainties-- (Fujii et al., Scientific Data, submitting). The dataset includes four types of bathymetry data; each sounding depth data, gridded data (100m in horizontal), rawdata, and vessel configration data.
