Affymetrix OncoScan SNP data for T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma

We performed single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) array profiling on 9 early T-cell precursor lymphoblastic lymphoma and 15 non-early T-cell precursor lymphoblastic lymphoma cases. Affymetrix SNP arrays were performed according to the manufacturer's directions on DNA extracted from unstained slides. Analysis of copy number and copy-neutral loss-of-heterozygosity were performed using Affymetrix OncoScan SNP array on 9 early T-cell precursor lymphoblastic lymphoma (ETP-LLy) and 15 non-early T-cell precursor lymphoblastic lymphoma cases to study the genomic profile of ETP-LLy.
