Comparative Transcriptomics analysis revealed the unique immune response mechanism of GCRV-II 097 VP4 in CIK cells

Grass Carp Reovirus (GCRV) is widely concerned by scientific researchers because of its widespread prevalence and high mortality. Viral protein (VP4) is one of important major outer capsid protein of GCRV. However, the functional study of VP4 is rare. Transcriptome sequencing of blank control group and VP4 plasmid transfection group are sequenced in this data in order to investigate the function of VP4.
