Structure similarity clusters of Rex1-, Rexo5- and Rex3-related proteins.

Proteins were identified in the AF Protein Structure Database using MMseqs2 and Foldseek [22,23]. The datasheets include average pLDDT scores and a link to each model structure. The file also includes the results of searches for structural homologues of the cofactor-independent phosphoglucomutase from B. stearothermophilus (PDB ID 1EJJ) in the AF database of H. sapiens and D. melanogaster.
