Monthly Mean Water Clarity Products of Mid-Sized Global Lakes and Reservoirs for 2024

It contains 30 m secchi disk depth (SDD) products of mid-sized global lakes and reservoirs (5-50 km2) for each month of 2024 in tiff format developed using an ensemble deep learning framework, Calrity Ensemble Network (Clarity E-Net), integrating CNN, LSTM, TCN, and Transformer models, global in situ SDD measurements from GLORIA and GEMStat datasets, and HydroLAKES polygons. The excel files are also available for each month containing information of each water body. Each file includes lake_id, which corresponds to the HydroLAKES record id, year, month, SDD values in meters (mean, median, standard deviation, variance, minimum, maximum, 25th quantile, and 75th quantile), coordinate reference system, lake name, country, continent, lake type (1=natural lake, 2=reservoir, and 3=regulated lake), lake area in km2, and valid pixels percentage.
