Affymetrix HTA-2_0 arrays profiling of monocytes-derived dendritic cells transfected with miR-142-3p and control mimic

To examine the trascriptome profiling in monocytes-derived dendritic cells transfected with miR-142-3p by Affymetrix HTA-2_0 arrays Monocytes-derived dendritic cells transfected with miR-142-3p and control negative mimic for 36h and the cells were harvested after washing twice with PBS. Total RNA was isolated using miRNeasy kit (Qiagen). Samples were then processed for Affymetrix HTA-2_0.
