收藏资源简介:
Abstract / Dataset Overview This repository contains the primary dataset supporting the manuscript titled "Brief report: ASXL1 Mutations are Associated with Immune Dysregulation and High-Risk Clinical Features in an Ethiopian Chronic Myeloid Leukemia Cohort". Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) exhibits distinct molecular profiles across different global populations. This dataset provides the anonymized Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP) assay results from an Ethiopian CML cohort (n=24). The study specifically investigates the frequency, clinical correlates, and dysregulation patterns associated with ASXL1 mutations (targeting regions C970–C1005), aiming to elucidate high-risk clinical features in CML patients. File Description Variant_Frequency__C970-C1005_20220613 Samuel Kinde Birru LAMP.xlsx (17.9 kB): Spreadsheet containing anonymized patient cohort data, sample variant frequencies, and corresponding raw quantification values derived from the LAMP assays. Methodology Summary Cohort: Anonymized data from a clinically verified Ethiopian Chronic Myeloid Leukemia cohort. Ethical Statement & Data Availability In accordance with ethical standards for clinical research, all patient-identifying information has been strictly anonymized. This data is made publicly available for peer-review and reproducibility purposes in connection with Discovery Oncology data sharing policies.
