Data files for the genomes described in "Genetic potential for aerobic respiration and denitrification in globally distributed respiratory endosymbionts". Genomes have been uploaded to Genbank, and can be accessed there. The data provided here is to facilitate interpretation of the genomes as described in the manuscript and its supplementary data files. For each of the five genomes, the following data is available: *.db - anvio databasw *.fa - contig fasta *.faa - CDS amino acid fasta *.fna - gene nucleotide fasta *_16S.fasta - 16S fasta *_cog.gff - gff with cog annotations *_kegg.gff - gff with cog annotations *_pfam.gff - gff with cog annotations *_stats - contig statistics calculated using bbmap
