RNA sequencing of LT-HSCs from the bone marrow of irradiated mice after treated with saline or carnosine

Analysis of differentially expressed genes in LT-HSCs from irradiated mice with or without carnosine treatment. Overall design: Normal wild type mice were subjected to 5.0 Gy total body irradiation and then treated with saline or carnosine. Subsequently, long-term hematopoietic stem cells (LT-HSCs, Lineage-, Sca-1+, c-Kit+, Flk2-, CD34-) from the bone marrow of these mice were isolated, followed by RNA sequencing analysis.
