English Teaching Among Ethnic Minorities in China: A Bibliometric Analysis

The data were retrieved and downloaded from China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database on 20 May, 2023 and Web of Science on 26 September, 2024. “Ethnic minority”, “ethnic school”, “ethnic region” and “English teaching” were used as for combined search under "TOPIC” algorithm (including the article, abstract and keywords in each article) and the time range was limited from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2022. The search yielded 356 articles in WOS and 1765 articles in CNKI. After data de-duplication and manual screening, 1,443 published articles were valid.CiteSpace (6.2.R4) was employed for bibliometric analysis.
