This dataset was developed by a research team from Freie Universität Berlin and PhySec GmbH, with the goal of exploring radio frequency fingerprint (RFF) extraction technologies for ultra-wideband (UWB) signals. It contains more than 1.5 million measurement records, which were generated in a controlled environment using Qorvo's DWM3001CDK development board, covering various changes in device positions and environmental conditions. The data collection was precisely controlled via 3D-printed fixtures and a TurtleBot robot, ensuring the consistency and repeatability of measurements. The main application field of this dataset focuses on physical layer security, aiming to enhance network authentication through device hardware features to prevent tracking and replay attacks from malicious devices.
