SGUFT — Appendix W2 (SACT1) v1.2 — Spectral Action (2×4 Regularization–Truncation) + Error Bounds + Audited Evidence Packs (DOI-only)

This Zenodo record archives the W-series Appendix W2 (SACT1) deliverables for SGUFT. W2 freezes and audits a computable truncated form of the spectral action S[Dtotal]S[D_{\text{total}}]S[Dtotal] with an explicit 2×4 regularization–truncation matrix (2 regularization families × 4 truncation points). The deliverables include machine-readable policy/spec files, audited 2×4 outputs (action values, error-bound estimates, and convergence residuals), monotonicity/consistency checks for the bound behavior under truncation, and full reproducibility metadata (manifest_sha256.json + audit.json).This release is DOI-only and is designed for downstream inheritance by W3 (VARCLOSE) and W11 (INFOCLOSE): W2 provides the standardized 2×4 interface fields and the audited action-layer outputs required for variational closure and dynamic information-inequality audits. Artifacts are provided as a three-pack delivery (evidence/only/summary) under a single run identifier, following the same audit discipline as prior U/V series evidence chains.
