Our study aimed at improving our understanding of the interactions between two distinct families of mobile genetic elements: the IncC conjugative plasmids, and the mobilizable genomic island SGI1. Both elements are widespread in several species of Gammaproteobacteriaceae and are often associated with multidrug resistance dissemination. Project contains fastq files of ChIP-exo, Cappable-seq and RNA-seq samples.
