This dataset contains experimental data obtained during the development and characterization of selectively deposited multilayer composite coatings on titanium alloys using electrophoretic deposition. The data include results related to coating fabrication parameters, surface morphology, microstructure, topography, roughness, wettability, and bioactivity assessment. Specifically, the dataset comprises SEM and TEM micrographs, EDS and SAED analyses, XRD patterns, profilometric roughness parameters, contact angle measurements, adhesion test results, and observations of apatite formation after immersion in simulated body fluid (SBF). The data support the investigation of the influence of selective electrophoretic deposition and mask geometry on the surface properties of rGO/PEEK-based composite coatings with bioactive polymer–hydroxyapatite regions and serve as a basis for further research on functional implant surface design.
